Il Baronello Vino Cotto

Vino Cotto, also known as Vincotto, is a condiment made purely from the 'must' of freshly pressed premium dark grapes. The must is slowly cooked and reduced to a delicious syrup. It is then cellared for many months or even years, allowing it to develop a very unique flavour profile.

What was once considered a peasant food in Italy has now become a culinary treasure, appearing on menus in fine dining restaurants.
